Noureen was brought up by her parents in Georgia as an American actor who has Indian roots. Her parents, who originate natives of Pune, India have two sisters she is in love with. They were fortunate enough to go to the top schools in the USA because parents insisted on provide their children with the highest quality education. Noureen's Indian parents gave her Marathi Indian tradition. She was born 1984 and was raised in New York City, United States. She loves and supports her sisters in everything they accomplish. She speaks fluent Hindi, Gujarati and Urdu. She was always passionate about acting. After graduation, she in the year 2000, she moved from India to Los Angeles where she pursued her acting career.
